FRTs by Hour of Day
This widget shows how long a ticket has been waiting based on the hour it was first responded to. It can help you understand where your biggest lags are in response time -- if hours right after lunch show long median FRTs, for example, you may need to consider better staggering the times team members break for lunch.
You can view this as a linear timeline or radial chart based on what's easiest for you to understand visually.
