Troubleshooting Reports
There are 3 common reasons for Reports to break and show you the error below
- You may have been logged out if the page has been open for a while. Try to refresh the page and see if you're prompted to log in
- Scores have changed: A score that is being referred in the report may no longer exist (either on account of being removed or the id being changed). Please reach out to your customer success manager to check
- Breakdown has changed: The breakdown being referred by the report may no longer exist (either on account of being removed or the id being changed). Please reach out to your customer success manager to check
