The /frame command

Use the /frame command from within a DM with @frame to view all open frames and adjust your team-wide settings.

• Escalation: Add on-call and backup teams to receive alerts when new conversations are started. You can also set an away message here.
• Integrations: Set up integrations with Asana and Zendesk. You can also build custom integrations using webhooks.
• Team Members: Let us know who's on your team by username, email address, or email domain.
