Setting up an away message
In a DM with @frame, enter the /frame command into the message bar and press enter until it submits. Press the Escalation button, then the Set Team Away button. Enter your away message and press Apply.

You can also activate an away message in a single channel. Use /frame in the channel and press Configure Notifications, then Set Channel Away.
Setting an away message will deactivate your escalation alerts. Note that away messages are only available while a channel is in Active Mode.
