Inviting @frame to your customer channels

Once you invite @frame to channels where you work with customers, it will start monitoring those channels, sending you alerts, and turning conversations into frames. Get help with:

  • Private or public channels where you invite customers as single-channel guests
  • A shared channel between your team and a customer’s own Slack workspace
  • Help channels where you support internal teams

Note that Frame starts off in Silent Mode. To make sure you receive alerts, be sure to switch to Active Mode.
